1. Price, Availability and Formation of Contract

The prices, publications and other information displayed on this website are an invitation to treat and not an offer for sale. Whilst we endeavour to ensure accuracy of description, specifications and pricing, there may be occasions where errors arise. All prices are payable in Pounds Sterling. There will be no binding contract to supply unless or until we accept your order by despatching it to you.

2. Payment

2.1 Credit/debit card

We accept payment by credit/debit card, payable in Sterling via PayPal (www.paypal.com).

2.2 Cheque/Postal Order

We accept payment by UK cheque/postal order, payable in Sterling only. Cheques should be made payable to Becky Taylor for the full amount of the order, including postage and packing.

2.3 International Orders

International and overseas orders can only be accepted, payable in Sterling via PayPal (www.paypal.com). If for any reason you are unable to pay via PayPal but still wish to place an order, please contact salesbeckytaylor.info to make alternative arrangements.

We regret that at the present time we are unable to invoice or despatch goods before receipt of payment

3. Delivery

Once your order is accepted we will try to despatch the goods ordered within 14 working days of receipt of payment from you to the delivery address you have specified unless we notify you otherwise within 5 working days of receipt of your order. Pre-order items will be despatched as soon as they become available. Ownership of the goods will pass to you on either payment in full or despatch of the goods, whichever is the later to occur. Risk will pass to you on delivery.

4. Cancellation and Returns

4.1 Under the provisions of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 ("the Regulations") if you are a consumer as defined in the Regulations (as opposed to being a business customer) and are situated in the European Economic Area you may cancel your order at any time before your order is delivered and up to 7 working days following the day after the day you receive your order. Notice of cancellation must be by e-mail to to: cancellationsbeckytaylor.info, This right does not extend to any CD’s that have been unsealed. Should you wish to return goods in reliance upon the Regulations you must do so at your own expense and the goods must be in new and unused, mint condition. You must return them by recorded delivery with adequate packing and insurance cover within 14 working days of receipt. Upon satisfactory and timely receipt we will refund the total amount of your order by cheque made out to the buyer.

4.2 In addition to your rights in clause 3.1 we will accept goods for return within 28 days of receipt by you if the goods were found to be damaged on receipt in which case upon return of such goods to us we will either replace the goods or give you a full refund (including postage costs).

4.2.1 Provided the above conditions are met we will refund the cost of all such returns provided the goods are returned by registered post. The goods which you return remain your property, and at your risk, until we have received them.

Please allow 14 days (in addition to delivery time) for us to process the return or refund. Please allow 28 days (in addition to delivery time) for an overseas order.

5. Bulk Orders

Bulk orders of more than 10 copies cannot be purchased via the website, please contact us at bulkorderbeckytaylor.info and we will be able to inform you of any discounted rates and postage.

6. Privacy Policy

The information you provide to us will only be used to process your order and will not be sold to any third parties. It may occasionally be used to notify you of any forthcoming Becky Taylor CD’s, recordings, concerts or news as deemed appropriate by us.

This privacy policy only applies to the Becky Taylor website and not to any links to/from it.

Contracts between you and Becky Taylor are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with English law with English courts having jurisdiction subject to any contrary rights you may have if you are a consumer.
